Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you and your little ones to love your Sleepy Shepherds pajamas! If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn and unwashed
In their original condition
Free from stains, odors, pet hair, or other signs of wear
Returned with original tags

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that have been worn or washed.

Exchanges

Need a different size? We're happy to help with an exchange, subject to availability.

Please contact us at help@sleepyshepherdspjs.com within 30 days of delivery to request an exchange. We will provide instructions for returning the original item and receiving the replacement size.

If the requested size is no longer available, we can offer a refund or another available option.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Please email help@sleepyshepherdspjs.com with your order number and let us know whether you would like to make a return or exchange.

Please do not mail items back without contacting us first.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending your item back.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for both returns and exchanges, unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, including when an item is returned or exchanged, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

Final Sale Items

Items purchased during a final sale or marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.

Any exclusions will be clearly identified at the time of purchase.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at help@sleepyshepherdspjs.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and photos of the item so that we can make it right.
